WEYC Mission Statement

West End Youth Center is a non-profit, volunteer organization whose mission it is to provide our neighborhood youth with an opportunity to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, character, and community spirit through the challenge and enjoyment of team sports. Our chief goal is to create a culture where kids love to participate in sports, and feel proud to wear an WEYC uniform.

About the West End Yout Center

Each year, over 1,000 children come to our youth organization to participate in various sports such as baseball, basketball, volleyball, softball, kickball, soccer and cheerleading. Also other activities such as Youth dances, Easter egg hunt, and Holiday Parties.

West End Youth Center is making an investment for the future. It is our goal, to promote leadership skills, cooperation, teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play. We want to instill values on the sports fields and courts, that will translate into life values and will guide our children and youth into productive adult role models.

The West End Youth Center needs a group of people to work together in harmony, trust and sharing to make our vision become a reality. There are many ways that you can help.
